We are proud to partner with the wines of Paul Hobbs for our next Fall Chef's Dinner Series event! 

Paul Hobbs has been growing grapes and vinting heralded, treasured and highly-valued wines for decades. We are so excited to bring his international offerings to Detroit! From the lush Sonoma and Napa Valleys in California to the hotter-than-hot winemaking regions in Argentina, Paul Hobbs does it all - and wins lots of medals and acclaim along the way!

Chef’s Choice Tiny Tastes

First: Crossbarn Chardonnay, Sonoma Coast 2012

Apricot-Lime Broth, Swiss Chard

Next: Paul Hobbs Pinot Noir, Russian River 2012
Juniper Soaked Venison Flank Steak
Goat Cheese Gnocchi, Cranberry Jam

Then: Crossbarn Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley 2012
Moroccan Spiced Lamb Osso Bucco
Roasted Orzo, Parsley, Garlic, Natural Jus

Reservations are by ticket purchase only. Tickets are $85 plus 21% gratuity and 6% sales tax (gratuity & sales tax will be reflected in final ticket price).
