Considered the premier wine-making region in Argentina, Mendoza is known primarily for it's world-class Malbec, followed by Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and white varietals like Torrontes and Chardonnay. Sommelier Maria Papp picked eight perfect-for-summer wines and our Chefs are ready to fire up the grill and show off their culinary best with five small plates, each designed to pair with the wines. Sip, savor, relax to the sounds of river breezes and live music on our lush Garden Terrace – there’s no other oasis in Detroit quite like ours! Taste a wine you would like to enjoy at home? The wines will be available for retail purchase, too.
